"Fire's going out."

"So?"

"So it's your turn to get some more coal, Gene."

"Isn't."

"Is."

"Is not. Filled the scuttle yesterday."

"That was the day before and it's all gone."

"Time flies when you're havin' fun."

"Power's gone again too."

"Ruddy marvellous! It's rug up or freeze. And there's a blizzard out there - what if me dick falls off?"

"I'll make you an hot toddy and you can dip it in it, and if you're not back in five minutes I'm calling the police."

"Ha-ha. An hot toddy sounds good."

"Okay, and we can snuggle for warmth."

"You're on!"
