January 28, 2006: Changed the Harlequin phase field so it can not pass through a miasma.
November 13, 2005: Gave the missions a facelift. Will be doing an entire facelift/edit soon.
November 12, 2005: Updating the Product Inventory page. Finally scanning in my Citadel Journals.
June 30, 2005: Changed the wording of the Hive Ship organs. The old Cyst = new Nexus. The old Node = new Cyst. This keeps these organs consistent with the old Advanced Space Crusade Rules. My mistake in the first place not to use those names.

Thursday, September 23, 2004: Beware, Heretics! Dylanjw (son of Tezzajw) was born at 9am today! The image shows him at around three minutes old. I haven't asked him what army he prefers yet, he has slept most of the day. Thanks for the support, people. We're doing fine.

September 17, 2004: Introduced rules for Chaos Obliterators on all of the relevant pages. Read them on the Chaos Rules page.
September 13, 2004: I finally got some decent Necron miniatures. Added some pictures to the Necron Rules page.
September 11, 2004: Clarified reasons why the timer is not needed with a fully expanded set of rules when alternate forms of pressure can be applied. Look on the New Rules page.
August 29, 2004: Made it possible for Plasma Grenades to remove a flame marker. See the Section Effect Weapons on the New Rules page.
August 25, 2004: Made the Chain Fist stronger in close assault. It was not giving good value for the point that it cost to buy.
August 12, 2004: Nice going boys and girls. Watch them all complain again in disbelief that we CAN get that many votes when we email each other and use the phone messages to drum up the support!!! A damn good crew indeed.
August 8, 2004: Introduced Abaddon The Despoiler under the Chaos Rules. Still in early play-test mode so there may be some changes made to him in the future.
August 5, 2004: Made the Splinter Pistol weaker against some Tyranids and Terminators. Those evil Wyches will have to get into close assault distance now to be more effective!
July 31, 2004: Major editing! No rule changes, but I have been fixing up page layouts, grammar, spelling and other errors. The page formats are looking better than they ever have. Nearly all done.
July 24, 2004: Added a new page called Product Inventory. It is not fully complete, but it will list all of the available products that were produced for Space Hulk.
July 7, 2004: Added a new Message Board link and gave this page a needed facelift.
July 2, 2004: Removed all references to Tomb Spyders, I'm not going to introduce them. Removed the malfunction rule for Cyclone Missile Launchers.
June 29, 2004: Happy Birthday Expanding The Hulk! Two years old today and 28000+ page hits! Thanks again to all of the loyal supporters out there who have helped to make this the Number One Space Hulk Website! We've come a long way and there is still plenty of work ahead!

May 16, 2004: Download my TileTemplate file. An easy way to make your own mission maps. You need to be a member of my Yahoo Group to access the file.

March 19, 2004: Changed the Necron Self Repair rule. They no longer have to spend a full turn off the board. They can return to play on the next turn with a successful roll. It makes them stronger now, as they were too easily cut down.
March 18, 2004: Clarified the Defensive Stance rule and placed it on the New Rules page as it affects both Harlequin and Wyches alike.
March 7, 2004: Added a new picture page - First Generation Hybrids.
March 3, 2004: Introduced complete rules for Genestealer Patriarchs. Made minor changes to some conditions for having a Familiar.

January 14, 2004: Changed the Marine deployment rules in the Hold Tight Mission. Harder for Flamers to hide out in the room with one entrance now that the Genestealer gets first player choice.
January 3, 2004: Happy New Year. Now I can use a Digi-Cam! Check these out... Dreadnoughts, Harlequins and the Mutant Rules.

November 18, 2003: Check out the new picture showing most of my Dreadnoughts. Because I can.
November 7, 2003: Re-linked the Picture Gallery pages so they are more easily navigated.
November 4, 2003: Clarified the rule for Tyranids as blips being the same as Purestrain Genestealers. Added more to the Tyranid Forces page by adding new blip scans and another table.
November 3, 2003: Made the Shokk Attack Gun Overwatch rules easier. Clarified the Waaaaaaaagh psychic power and Combat Drugs with respect to TARGETTED Ranged Weapons bonuses so they don't count against section effects.
November 2, 2003: Introduced rules for the Ork Goffik Rokkers. Check out the Ork Rules to see them. They are rather unique models that provide inspiration to other Orks and Gretchin. Now playing at a battle venue near you!

October 30, 2003: Clarified the rule for Necrons with Smite and Control. The Ranged Weapons Table has been adjusted to reflect their immunity to Smite.
October 22, 2003: Changed the Genestealer starting force in the Perimeter Closure Mission. They need an extra blip!
October 15, 2003: Changed the Marine Force in the Rapid Penetration Mission. It was extremely tough for them to win.

September 3, 2003: Been quiet for a few days. But I just got some Deathskull Lootas with Heavy Weapons. I'll be changing the rules for the Orks with Heavy Weapons soon to match my models.

August 8, 2003: A fairly major rule change. After recently watching so many games with Power Armour Marines, we have decided that they completely (and unfairly) sucked in Close Assault. Humanity's finest warriors didn't deserve to die as easily as they did in hand to hand combat so we have changed their base Close Assault value. We also made the Termagants and Hormagaunts weaker as they were still causing too many problems for what they were worth. Now the Marines still get eaten by Genestealers, but not as easily as they were before, which is as it should be! Previously, one Genestealer easily breaching the lines was able to kill a mission off quite quickly. Not any more though!
August 2, 2003: Introduced the Ork Shokk Attack Gun. Also allowed Ork Boyz to be armed with the Missile Launcher.

July 28, 2003: Changed the rules for Terminus. Only Space Marines can perform this action now.
July 26, 2003: More cosmetic changes to a few pages.
July 18, 2003: The fourth campaign mission has been posted: Hold Tight.
July 17, 2003: The third campaign mission has been posted: Prolonged Stalking.
July 16, 2003: Created a new page in the Picture Gallery. Take a look!
July 15, 2003: Changed the rules for Genestealer Familiars. They can ONLY occupy the same square as the master now. Yes, the rules were too confusing. But, they offer free force defences now!
July 15, 2003: The second campaign mission has been posted: Perimeter Closure.
July 13, 2003: A new mission, Rapid Penetration, being the first of a campaign with Marines vs Genestealers.
July 8, 2003: A few cosmetic changes only...

June 22, 2003: Nothing new for the moment. I just thought that I would mark the occasion...

April 12, 2003: My computer was seriously hacked. I have been offline for the best part of two weeks. Still a few things to clear up, but I have access again. Sorry to those people who have been waiting on emails about some items that I am selling.

March 27, 2003: Made the Great Harlequin 4 Points to buy.
March 9, 2003: Introduced a new Marine Rule. Rapid Fire allows Marines to shoot more often with Bolters.
March 1, 2003: Introduced rules for Genestealer Familiars under the Genestealer Rules. I finally bought some of them to use!

February 23, 2003: Added more to the Picture Gallery. Added more Space Crusade items for sale.
February 15, 2003: Still working. Introduced the Needler-Bolter under New Rules. Made a huge format change to the Ranged Weapons Table. Sheet 1 has all the living targets. Sheet 2 has the non-living targets and all of the important statistics. Made Power Armour Marines harder to hit (which they should have been) for some weapons. Changed a couple of other values. Reprint the table and take note of the differences.
February 15, 2003: Gretchin are now cheaper to buy. Made a few Necrons, Hormagaunts and Gretchin weaker in Close Assault.
February 4, 2003: Put more mutant Genestealers on the Mutants Rules page.
February 2, 2003: Made a new page called Mutant Rules. It showcases mutated Tyranids and Genestealers.
February 1, 2003: Made Squigs weaker in Close Assault. They can't destroy doors or crates anymore. Back from a week long absence of a fried computer power supply! Annoying!

January 23, 2003: Added Grey Knights to all of the relevant tables. Although the rules are in Genestealer, they should have been here for completeness ages ago. Gave them a points value for the Marine Forces.
January 22, 2003: Changed the Ork Forces so that Boyz can be purchased separate from Nobz. It makes the Orks slightly cheaper, which is very reasonable. They should be more competitive now.
January 21, 2003: A new mission called Merry-Go-Round. Genestealers against Harlequin.
January 18, 2003: A long break, but I am back refreshed. Nick is here, and we have been killing all night. Made the Termagants weaker in close assault. Made Terminators immune to Fleshborers. Those little beasts will have to work even harder now!

November 26, 2002: Cleared up the rules for Line of Sight and Fire Arc using Chaos Dreadnoughts.
November 25, 2002: Fixed up some stupid obvious mistakes in the Ranged Weapons Table. Also made the Bolter Sustain Fire for an extra shot.
November 24, 2002: Introduced the Waaaaaaaagh Psychic Power for Weirdboyz to use. It's deadly!!
November 19, 2002: Introduced the Necron Turn Sequence at the end of the Necron Rules. Other races will follow shortly.
November 11, 2002: Made the Chaos Dreadnoughts and the Tarantula Mobile Support Weapons cheaper to purchase on their Force Lists. No matter how powerful they are, it only takes one good shot to kill them. Not to mention that we want some Heavy Metal missions being played! They were not being purchased as they were too expensive, despite their awesome powers.
November 10, 2002: Introduced the rules for Necron Destroyers and Heavy Destroyers. Made minor adjustments with the Heavy Gauss Cannon on the Ranged Weapons Table.
November 9, 2002: Introduced the rules for Necron Pariahs! Note that they have no psychic powers of their own, THEY ARE NOT PSYKERS. Instead they are able to nullify all psychic attacks directed against them.
November 3, 2002: Changed the rules for the Autocannon, and introduced the Reaper Autocannon. Check the New Rules, Chaos Rules, Ranged Weapons Table, and Chaos Forces. Also made other minor adjustments to the Ranged Weapons Table with regards to Power Armour Marines. Finally, starting to introduce Destroyers for the Necrons. More to come, believe me!

October 27, 2002: Clarified the Necron Self Repair rule. They return to play prone and must pay APs to stand. Posted the first Necron Missions titled: Kill Their Power.
October 23, 2002: Adjusted the Marine Forces Table, and the Close Assault Weapons Table to reflect new weapons for Power Armoured Sergeants. Also included the Heavy Bolter as an option for Heavy Weapon Squads.
October 18, 2002: The Cyclone Missile Launcher is now 1 point cheaper to purchase for the Marine Forces. It didn't seem to be giving full value for the purchase cost.
October 13, 2002: Updated the Harlequin and Necron Force lists by adjusting some points values.

September 29, 2002: Restructured the missions pages, only a cosmetic difference. Loaded a new three player mission called Show No Mercy!
September 27, 2002: Introduced a new rule for Gretchin: Looting The Dead. They can now find wargear on dead bodies if they are lucky. Also introduced more new Necron Wargear. Still need to play-test their points values though.
September 26, 2002: Added both the Power Field Generator and Proximity Plasma Grenade rules under the New Rules section. They have been reproduced from Deathwing and White Dwarf 149 for completeness, and also to clarify some minor points that the original rules did not consider.
September 25, 2002: Minor tweaking of the Marine and Chaos Force Lists. A Sergeant now comes equipped with a Power Sword at no cost, and a Chain Fist only costs 1 point (again). This has finally fixed the disparity between the two weapons.
September 21, 2002: NECRONS! Try the first few Necron Rules, and Forces!!! More to come later, I am still in play-test mode with some of the other special characters.
September 12, 2002: Important Note: The Ranged Weapons Table has been updated to include miraculous survival against powerful weapons. You will see that there are now 1s listed on the table in place of many of the As for Automatic Kill. Read the New Rules for an explanation of how the 1s work! It is important as it does give weaker models a small chance of extreme survival. It is also fun when your opponent rolls all 1s when he is shooting at you with powerful stuff!
September 10, 2002: Please, use the Forum. It is new!
September 8, 2002: Note that the Harlequin Plasma Pistol is now a separate weapon with its own characteristics on the Weapons Table. It gives the Harlequins a choice for some extra heavy punch by sacrificing their rate of fire with a Shuriken Pistol.
September 4, 2002: Important Note: After further extensive playing of Harlequins with various different types of missions against all opponents, it seems that they were are a little underdone. The Standard Troupe that used to cost 10 points, now only costs 7 points. The old points system was based on a Power Sword being worth 1 point alone. However it is ridiculous to think of a Trouper with Power Sword being the equal of two Terminators with Storm Bolters, or even four Dark Eldar Warriors with Splinter Rifles. The Harlequin are more evenly balanced now.
August 24, 2002: The For Sale pages have been re-linked into different categories. They should load faster now with less pictures on them.
August 7, 2002: Added Spike Rifle details for the Termagants. A dangerous heavy weapon for them to use.

July 27, 2002: Added a Feedback page. I'm not sure how it will work, but it should be entertaining to read!
July 25, 2002: The site has a name change. In no way do I intend to infringe on Games Workshop's trademarks and copyrights!
July 21, 2002: Added another Mission... More on the way! I Also added a link to the Magic cards that I am selling. Yeah, yeah, not quite Space Hulk, but I need some fund-raising!
July 17, 2002: Some more Missions listed. New Items For Sale listed.
July 12, 2002: I re-linked the Mission pages for each race. I'm planning on putting up many more Missions, so at least this way there will be a sense of order about how they are listed.
July 8, 2002: Only a small addition, but all of the details for Hellfire Shells have been added. Look in the New Rules section to read them. Nasty Gretchin become just a little more powerful now!
