was a little blue watery world situated in the life zone of a cul-de-sac called Sol.
One of many such worlds lost amongst the similar worlds in cul-de-sacs throughout in the great corridors of the Universe
Terra's only real claim to fame was that she unlike all those similar worlds it produced life.
You see life is actually a fairly rare accident in the scheme of things
even on planets based in the life zone of a Solar System it was rare to find
Admittedly Terra had a lot of company also entitled to the designation as a natually evolved life bearing planet,
You see Rare in a place the size of the Universe works out to quite a big number,
Still only one in ten thousand planets go that step further and create actual life after they are created.
so all life bearing Planets are exceptional for that alone accomplishment alone .

Then Terra seemingly not content with that accomlishment went that one step further
She created Intelligent life.
This wasn't that rare either one in a million life bearing planets do so.
In most cases that is where the story ends as that life is confined to the planet and will end with the planet
or the destuction of the conditions that made that life possible then it will expire.

But their is a very, very elite class of Planets that Terra joined
due to the actions of her children that forever cemented her place in the annals of the Universe.
You see Terra became a member of a very small class of Living Planets,
She gained the coveted Title of being classed as a Mother World
Not only did she create life
Not only did that life evolved and became intelligent.
Her children did what only a handful of such Children ever did.
'Terra's Children'
unlike so many others that walked their home planets
for a brief span of time
didn't just look up at the stars and wonder,
They looked up at the Stars
and made them
Theirs.

Unfortunately grasping those Stars would come at a great Price
Those Stars would cost Terra's Children
