It seems the effigy I recently acquired has decided to oversee all new developments in 4x5 camera design.  With each new idea, the doll appears brandishing a Patent.  My latest newbie is a very lightweight view camera that accepts Linhof lensboards, lens focal lengths from 90mm to 210mm and quickly folds down to fit into a tiny metal case.

Obviously the doll will have to fit in the case too............

All that remains is to have the body powder coated and baked in the oven.....along with the doll............

I wanted a very compact 4x5 view camera that would accept Linhof lens boards, handle lenses from 90mm to 210mm, fit into a cute little flight case that measures only 12x8x4 inches and weigh in at only 2 3/4 pounds.....

Owing to the inevitable weight of common sense, the doll was squashed by a simple Razzle 4x5......

Camera was oven baked, but the intense heat had no effect on the patent wielding freakin doll.....it's just as persistent as ever. 

Only way I could see to fit the doll into such a small case along with the RazzleView 45 was to remove the head.

"Engineers have confirmed that due to the sturdiness of design and the precise containment of 2 radius the percentile error is 0. but in any event mesuring with a caliper on this camera is not subjected to the expected potential errors due to aim and pitch/ perpendicularity  while measuring because what is measured are 2 radius and so not affected as would be square surfaces  which must be measured while aiming tools perfectly square"..
