NOTES for STUDENTS
 

 How to use these Resources


1.   There are set CALL lessons to do for every week of term in class time in PC lab. Click on your class.
      If you have already done this week's lesson, go to the Self Access lessons.

      Self Access lessons are for extra practice in skills outside Classroom hours.
     
2.   Each lesson is designed to give you practice in a certain skill(s) and to help you with assignments
    

3.   Follow the PATH > to get to the lesson
       eg. VILC  > Real Web  >  EFL  > level & skills  > Intermediate   >   Climbing Sydney Harbour Bridge
                                                                                  Reading
       
4.    There are two types of CALL lessons
         i)  CD  Rom Software   eg. Issues in English,  - these are highlighted in Pink
              you access them from the ICON on the Desk Top

        ii)   Internet  eg.   
esl lab   just click on the Link and do the Exercise Given. They are highlighted in blue

           
               NOTE: For VILC,   English2go,  inthenews, You must LOG ON and Type in Password. see notes
 

5.  Use the Skill Resources - grammar, writing, reading etc for extra lessons and exercises .

    Additional Resources can be found in "resources" such as dictionaries, encylopedias, countries,  Internet libraries
