Self Contained Oceanfront Beachouse

	Sit on the deck and enjoy uninterrupted views over unspoiled and sparsely populated Culburra Beach. Views extend from Geroa and the hills behind Berry in the north, to Penguin Head in the south. There is direct beach access from your back gate.
	Dine or just enjoy the views from the verandah which provides protection from the sun and the occasional rain shower.
	The family room is brightly furnished with comfortable seating TV and VCR along with unique artwork and seaside prints.
	The kitchen is well equipped with most appliances including fridge, microwave and oven as well as coffee maker and electric wok.
	The Main Bedroom has a queen size water bed, wardrobe and dressing table. Lie in bed and enjoy an uninterrupted view of the sun rising over the ocean.
	The Second Bedroom contains two very comfortable single beds, hanging space and chest
	The Third Bedroom has bunk beds and a large built in wardrobe for storage

The house also contains a separate bathroom, toilet and laundry.

The land is fully fenced with a large lock up garage adjacent to the house. There is also gas barbecue for outdoor entertaining.
