Divine Mercy

As unpleasant as people may consider the thought of the end of the world, there is no way of avoiding the fact that today, Jesus is calling all mankind to turn with devotion to His Divine Mercy as a final preparation for His return in glory.

Jesus said to Saint Faustina,

You will prepare the world for the final coming” (I, 178)

THE SECOND COMING IS NEAR,
DEVOUT TO THE DEVINE MERCY
NOW

Jesus said:

If they will not adore My mercy, they will perish for all eternity.Secretary of My mercy, write, tell souls about this great mercy of Mine, because that awful day, the day of My justice, is near.(Diary Parg 965)

RECOGNISE JESUS’ MERCY
WHILE THERE IS STILL TIME

Jesus said:

Write down these words, my daughter. Speak to the world about My Mercy; let all mankind recognise My unfathomable mercy.  It is a sign for the end times; after it, will come the day of justice.  While there is still time, let them have recourse to the fount of My mercy; let them profit from the blood and water which gushed forth for them.

(Diary of Saint Faustina, Book II, 229-230)

PROMISE THAT JESUS MADE TO THE
PEAOPLE WHO SPREAD THE DEVOTION
TO DIVINE MERCY

Jesus said:

Souls who spread the honour of My mercy I shield through their entire life and at the hour of death I will not be a Judge for them, but the Merciful Saviour.
Diary of Saint Faustina (III. 20,21)

TRUST
Jesus said:

The Graces of My Mercy are drawn by means of one vessel only, that is TRUST.
The more a soul trusts the more it will receive. (V.148)

Sooner would Heaven and Earth turn into nothingness than would My Mercy not embrace a trusting soul. (VI. 129)

MERCY
Jesus said:

You are to be my living reflection through love and mercy, be always merciful toward other people, especially toward sinners. (V.59)

Love everyone out of Love for Me. (VI.68)

JESUS IS ASKING EVERYONE

Proclaim to the whole world My unfathomable mercy. Do not be discouraged by the difficulties you encounter in proclaiming My mercy.  These difficulties that affect you so painfully are evidence that this work is Mine. (Diary of St. Faustina 1142)

 THE DIVINE IMAGE

Jesus told Saint Faustina to paint His Image with the signature "Jesus I trust in You".  He asked for the Image to be venerated and has attached a great promise to it:

I promise that the soul that will venerate this image will not perish. I further promise to that soul victory over enemies here on earth especially at the hour of death. I Myself, shall defend that soul as My own glory...

THE CHAPLET OF MERCY

This is an extremely powerful pray, and should be prayed often.

Eternal Father, I offer you the Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity of Your dearly beloved Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ in atonement for our sins and those of the whole world.

Jesus explained to Saint Faustina how He wished this prayer to be said:

Say unceasingly this chaplet. Anyone who says it will receive great mercy at the hour of death.  Priests will recommend it to sinners as a last hope.  If the most hardened sinner recites this chaplet even once, they will receive grace from My infinite Mercy.  I want the whole world to know My infinite Mercy. I want to give unimaginable graces to those who trust in My Mercy.

HOW TO RECIETE THE CHAPLET IN FULL

On the Rosary make the sign of the Cross and say, one Our Father and one Hail Mary, and The Apostles Creed.

Then on the Our Father Beads say the following:

Eternal Father, I offer you the Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity of Your dearly beloved Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ in atonement for our sins and those of the whole world.

On the Hail Mary Beads say the following:

For the sake of His Sorrowful Passion have mercy on us and on the whole world.

Then three times say:

Holy God, Holy Mighty One,
Holy Immortal One,
Have mercy on us and on the whole world.

And finally say:

O Blood and Water, which gushed forth from the Heart of Jesus as a fount of mercy for us, I trust in You.

Jesus made a promise that if this Chaplet is said in the presence of the dying, He will stand between His Father and the dying person, not as the judge but as the merciful Saviour.

THE WARNING JESUS GIVES US

If a soul does not exercise mercy in some way or other it will not obtain My mercy on judgement day.  Oh, if only souls knew how to gather eternal treasure for themselves, they would not be judged, because even the strongest faith is of no avail without works of mercy, for they would forestall my judgement with mercy. (IV, 57)

SEVEN WAYS TO GIVE MERCY

1. Feed the hungry.

2. Give drink to the thirsty.

3. Clothe the naked.

4. Shelter the homeless.

5. Comfort the imprisoned.

6. Visit the sick.

7. Bury the dead

SEVEN SPIRITUAL WAYS TO GIVE MERCY

1. Admonish sinners

2. Instruct the uninformed.

3. Counsel the doubtful.

4. Comfort the sorrowful.

5. Be patient with those in error.

6. Forgive offences.

7. Pray for the living and the dead.

THREE O’CLOCK

Three o’clock is the hour that Our Lord died and He is most merciful at this hour. Jesus told Saint Faustina:

At three o'clock implore My Mercy especially for sinners; and if only for a brief moment immerse yourself in My Passion, particularly in My abandonment at the moment of agony. This is the hour of great mercy for the whole... At this hour I will refuse nothing to the soul that makes a request of Me in virtue of My Passion. (diary parg. 1320)

SECRET OF COMMUNION AND CONFESSION

It is necessary to go to Confession and Communion often. Confession is the greatest way of experiencing Gods Mercy.

Jesus said to Saint Faustina:

My great delight is to unite Myself with souls… When I come to a human heart in Holy Communion, My hands are full of all kinds of graces which I want to give to that soul.

How painful it is to Me that souls so seldom unite themselves to Me in Holy Communion. (Diary V, 29-59)

Through confession, we are not only helping ourselves but also many Souls in Purgatory because we are trusting God. Through trust we can help others that seriously need help.
