Greetings! My name is Isaac. I'm a Christian in Sydney Australia and this is my index page.
An index is a pointer, and Christians point to the Christ (the name of God's promised rescuer).
A web page on the internet is the most convenient way to display a message for the entire world.
The following questions point to the good sense of Christianity (and the unreasonable alternatives).

Does God exist?		Then humans are accidents of an aimless universe and haven't been designed to behave in any particular way. We're not accountable to a creator, so we can treat other people however we want. Right or wrong is a matter of personal opinion.

1. We exist as a result of God's intentions
Does God control our decisions to help or harm people?		Then we're not responsible for our actions and we can't earn reward or punishment. We can't hate and we can't love.

2. We're free to choose how we behave
If we make our own decisions, is it God's fault if we ignore him and suffer the consequences?		Then God should stop us from making wrong choices and force us to to do what he wants.

3. We're responsible for our mistakes
If we don't use our lives the way God intended, do we deserve to lose them?		Then we would be saying that God should tolerate and sustain harmful behaviour in his universe.

4. The penalty for abusing life is death
It takes an immortal to defeat death. While retaining his eternal life in heaven, could God deliberately experience a human death on earth?		Then God's power is limited and we have no alternative but to lose our lives, because we can't save ourselves.

5. God can die for us if he becomes a human
Jesus lived on earth claiming to seek and save the lost. Does God in heaven accept his sacrifice on our behalf?		Then we are still waiting for a miracle to save us from our punishment.

6. Jesus died for us
If death is the punishment for a harmful life, could it hold the innocent Jesus in the grave?		Then Jesus can't break the barrier of death and there is no resurrection by his power.

7. Jesus lives forever
The harm we cause is the reason Jesus gave his life. Can we afford to ignore his sacrifice and the new life he offers?		Then God's grace and love mean nothing to us, and we remain ungrateful and ignorant creatures.

8. Jesus forgives us and we should forgive others
We can't match Jesus' life with our good works, but we can live in the Spirit of his goodness. If Jesus died for us, is it right that we should live for him?		Then we might as well give up trying to be good and just accept the futility and suffering of our existence.

9. God accepts us as his children if we live by the same Spirit as his Son
Does God know everyone who will turn to Jesus even before they're born?		Then he can't see how our individual paths are mapped out. Our fate is uncertain, and our destiny hasn't been determined.

10. God knows all his children
If God predestines Jesus' followers for an eternal future with him, will the people who ignore Jesus be ignored by God?		Then God will let the enemies of his Son continue to contaminate his creation.

11. God prepares a home for his family and shuts out their enemies
Can people who ignore Jesus find another way to escape being judged and punished?		Then there was no need for Jesus to die.

12. The way we treat Jesus is the way we'll be treated by his Father

Every year Christmas is seen as a festive season and a time of celebration.
But there's an important message underlying the bright lights and presents:

CHRISTMAS: A MATTER OF LIFE AND DEATH

We live on the earth, with heaven above
But we lean towards harm, and not towards love...
So people hurt each other, day after day
With eternal DEATH as the price to pay;
Because a life that feels hate, and wants to choose it
Abuses God's gift, and deserves to lose it.
But who can beat death? It would have to be God
(And to die for bad people would seem very odd).
But God can't die, unless he leaves heaven's portal
And chooses for a time to become a mortal.
So a baby called Jesus was born one night
And his name brings hope and power and might:
"God with us" is the meaning of Immanuel,
A LIFE that protects us from the fires of hell.
So instead of Santa, with reindeer that fly
Give a thought to the man who was born to die:
The Christ, who makes Christmas a holy endeavour
To allow God's children to live forever.
