It is best to Save your most-regularly-used Suite Pref files in a folder called "suite" which is in a folder called "profiles" which is stored on the Kalypso "Frame". This makes them quickly accessible via the "Profiles" menu.

If you have an external storage device such as a Zip Disk, it too will appear in the Profiles Menu, and so should also have a folder called "profiles" containing a "suite" and a "user" folder. If you connect a USB memory stick, the Kalypso may very well create these folders for you automatically. At least, it did to me.

With this exception of the Profiles menu, remember that all Loads and Saves of Suite Pref files is done from the "Save/Load" submenu of the "Daily Setups" menu, and not from the main "File Ops" menu.
