How to do some of those complicated effects you've been dreaming about
|
"Mix To Everything" Made Easy
If you had a program where almost everything needed to be a mix:
- Create a Macro that preselects Camera 1 on Pgm/Pst B-background, then presses "Auto Trans".
- Do this for every camera.
- Attach the Macros to the Camera buttons on Pgm/Pst A-Background.
Now, every time you cut a Camera on the Program row, it will mix instead of cutting.
If you wanted a cut, you can still preselect on B-Bkgd and use "Cut".
If you wanted to add a key to the transition, delegate Bkgd+Key1, and on the next "cut", the key will mix on as well.
You can vary the Transition Rate too. You end up halving the number of button-presses per program.
