Glowing Borders on a Transform Engine
This is the same as the "Bevelled" border, except that you set the M/E1 Complex Wipe 2 Pattern Modifier to Rotate at a fixed Speed, and you add softness to the Wash. The softness of the transition between the two Wash colours is a "Point-of-Use" attribute, which is set from the "Matte | M/E1 | Key1 | Border | Wash Control | Softness" Menu - not using the softness control of the Wipe menu.
You can also add softness to the Preset Pattern Border (by using the "Gain/Soft" knob in the Keyer subpanel), and your border then becomes a soft glow with a gentle highlight moving through it.
