I have recently been getting into cycling and walking for both fitness, as well as a cheaper transport alternative. I have also discovered a neat little program on my phone called "Sports Tracker" which allows me to set and forget before a workout, and afterwards, upload the details to the server and track my progress.

This has helped motivate me into going that little further, or perhaps choosing to do a long walk on a nice day when the weather permits it.
