Terms and Conditions - Client Use of Website
In addition to agreeing to the Terms and Conditions - General Use of Website you, as a client of Tarmace Pty Ltd, also agree to be bound by the following -
You agree to the terms and conditions of the engagement model.
Nothing contained in this site is to be construed as offering a service or product unless prior consultation is undertaken
with Tarmace Pty Ltd to determine your suitability for any particular product or service, whether contained in this web or
otherwise.
After consultation, we will provide you with written confirmation of your acceptance as a client. We reserve the right to
refuse to provide you with any or all services at our discretion and without giving you any reasons.
Once we have taken you on board as a client, we will utilise our utmost skill and care to ensure we have successful outcomes, in your case, as a result of our
Life Coaching sessions but we provide no guarantees that our methods and techniques will work in every case or in your case.
We will provide services and products, based on those described on this web site, but tailored to meet your specific requirements. But we, at all times,
retain the rights and intellectual property to our products and services and as they are tailored for your needs.
All information provided by you will be kept strictly confidential within Tarmace Pty Ltd and every effort will be made to safeguard the security and
safety of your information. I only keep administrative records of your name and payment details and on an ongoing basis your contact details. I keep no other written
records of our sessions. All internet records of our sessions are deleted immediately
after our use.
You will undertake to provide all the information which you may reasonably know that will contribute to the Life Coaching sessions.
In order to secure services for the month, you will make a payment of the applicable fee to the Tarmace Pty Ltd bank account by the 1st of each month.
All prices are inclusive of Australian GST.
Based on our Fees and Charges policy, we will provide you with services and products in reasonable amounts and you agree that there will be instances
when you cannot be serviced immediately, in which case we will make alternative arrangements to ensure your needs are met promptly.
You take all responsibility for any or no actions you may undertake as a result of our Life Coaching sessions.
Whilst we we will at all times exercise our best professional efforts and skills at ensuring you are coached to ensure you
meet your Life Coaching goals, you may not respond to our Life coaching or be successful at what you are aiming for. You take full responsibility for this failure.
There will be occasions when the principal of Tarmace Pty Ltd cannot provide the contracted for services in any particular month, in which case you will agree to
the use of other Life Coaches recommended by Tarmace Pty Ltd. We will provide alternative Life Coaches equal in skill and care to those provided by Taramce Pty Ltd.
Your service with Tarmace Pty Ltd can be terminated at any time by you for any reason. Your payment for that month will run through to the end of that payment
month and there will be no refund. Should there be a dispute between us, the total extent of our liability will be no more than the price you have paid for any services
up to date, in the current month.
