Latest Products Information SheetLife Coaching Volume 1 - The First Forty YearsThe No Coach Life Coaching ProgrammeThis CD covers the first forty years of life in a life coaching context. It has been conceived as a series of dialogues. The dialogues work on many levels and is primarily directed to someone who may be seeking information about life coaching but wants to do it in a way that is relatively quick and incisive. It runs for approximately the same length as a music CD and provides as close as possible an experience of a session with a real life coach. The tracks are a series of real time dialogues and are not previously scripted to get the flavor of what you would experience in a life coaching session. It provides firstly an introduction to life coaching and then introduces each decade of life with the life coaching challenges faced by each. Each decade of life up to 40 is covered (41-70 is covered in Volume 2) and with each decade follows a series of practical approaches relevant for that decade.
