Southern Africa Soccer Development Program (SASDP)
For exceptionally talented but troubled young soccer players
This is a unique program as far as I know. This program will at this stage support 5 exceptional soccer players at a time. There is no upper limit save the funding budget.
This program intervenes in the lives of exceptional young soccer players and provides them with a second chance. In a number of important respects. It is only for those exceptionally talented
soccer players aged more than 16 years and less than 18 years who but for certain circumstances would
normally be headed for soccer stardom in Southern Africa and beyond. These players may have strayed off the path of soccer success for a number of reasons and in any case these potential future superstars are not currently
playing soccer professionally or in an apprenticeship or internship capacity with a professional soccer club. But for a set of current and past circumstances, they would be right now.
This program is solely provided by Gilbert Labour and there is no government or private organisation sponsorship of any kind. The purpose of the program is to provide support to get exceptionally talented soccer players back
on track to soccer super stardom. The aim is to resurrect their soccer careers and gain a place in a professional soccer club. Its purpose is to re-enthuse and super charge their careers through a combination of practical monetary
support and free life coaching services and advice targeted to their particular circumstances. Gilbert Labour having been born in Southern Africa understands the unique difficulties faced by people in that region to succeed. These
difficulties include real and artificial barriers based on race, colour, class, wealth, socio-economic, cultural, traditional, language and religion and other blocks to success.
The way the program works is that you personally nominate yourself for inclusion into the program by sending an email to Gilbert Labour with the details requested below. I will review all applications and decide your application one
way or the other. If you are successful I will advise you in writing, if you are not I will not be providing any advice as I do not want to enter into a correspondence regarding the outcome.
Terms and Conditions of the Program
The conditions of participation in this program are as follows ---
A male or female aged more than 16 years of age but less than 18 years of age.
Born and living in Southern Africa including the Mascareignes such as Mauritius, Seychelles, La Reunion.
A soccer player of exceptional and extravagant gifts, talent and vision and universally recognised as such by evidence such as video or newspaper
clippings.
Not currently contracted to any club in the world or optioned to any club in the world.
Does not currently have a management contract with any management organisation or manager in the world.
Not previously or currently picked or selected in the national youth or olympic or other representative team of their respective countries.
Not previously or currently picked or selected or attending any national soccer coaching academies in any country.
A massive desire to reconnect with their soccer talents but for one reason or another cannot do so.
On the field you must have had an exemplary disciplinary record. If this is not the case, please supply a reason why that is why you should be considered for this program.
Absolutely drug and alcohol free performance.
You must personally apply and nominate yourself for inclusion in the program. You must include in your application (it can be in any form you like, there is no prescribed form), but must include
all your personal and contact details and evidence of your potential to be a soccer super star. This may take the form of press clippings or stories about you or your soccer results such as
number of goals scored.
Good schooling results is also evidence of your future potential and may be referred to.
Please also include in your application your bank account details (including Swift no.). I will pay the quarterly support by Treasury Transfer directly to your account. The name
the application is made in and the name of the account must be identical and refer to the one person making the application on their own behalf.
Do not send any documents or copies of documents at this stage as I will call for documentary support of your claims if I require it.
I will advise if your nomination has been successful. There is no obligation on me to inform any unsuccessful candidates or return any documentation, if any, supplied by anyone.
A nomination by a soccer club representing the player in question can be accepted but as this is a player level intervention program it is preferable if all applications are personally
made and supplied by the player in question.
Generally speaking, if accepted into the program support will commence on the day you turn 16 and support ceases when you turn 18. This includes all monetary and coaching support and
any other services you may be supplied with.
You must be a real person to apply and preferably the person to whom the program applies to whom the support will be made. Proxies, companies, institutions, managers, soccer clubs, soccer associations and other organisations are discouraged from applying even on behalf one of their constituents as this particular program is solely designed
to get the player moving again and this is only the first step in a long journey and I would prefer them to make that very first step themselves on their own.
The supplier of these services and support bears no personal responsibility for the results of the program. You bear all personal responsibility for all results or lack of results of the program good bad or otherwise.
There will be a quarterly support allowance paid on nomination and subsequent acceptance into the program. The program support is paid quarterly (and the sum paid is
250 Rand or equivalent in other southern africa currencies).

The sole arbiter and final decision maker in all aspects of the program is Gilbert Labour, one of Australia's most innovative life and executive coaches. Gilbert Labour will decide who is included in the program, the length of support if any,
the type of support if any and the extent of any support monetary, life coaching or other services. Application is no guarantee of inclusion and acceptance does not imply a right to any support or life coaching services. This is purely at the
discretion of Gilbert Labour who may commence and terminate support for any reason at any time without having to give any reason for his decision.

Coaching Programs
555 Program
The 555 Program is complementary to the 333 Program and is part of a family of programs called The Numbered Series, a simplification of a plethora of products, services and programs into
a number of specifically targeted set of programs that target a very specific audience with a limited amount of time and resources to devote to a life and executive coaching program. The programs
covers a set of goals over a set period for a specific (one time only) fee.
The key goals of the 555 Program is to be able to run 5k in 5 months, to solve 5 life coaching issues or problems in 5 months and to investigate and resolve 5 executive coaching problems
in 5 months.
Life Coaching Portal Programs
Beyond the existing Diamond program being run on the portal, a series of additional programs are being developed to be run for specific audiences and which have very clear targets and goals.
These include the following.
The 555 Program
Gilbert Labour, will personally run this program. It will probably take in the region of 10 suitable people and run for 5 months. The program is multi-faceted and covers three main streams a fitness stream, a life coaching stream
dealing with personal issues and an executive stream to supercharge your work, business and corporate environment.
The first stream is a fitness element. The goal is to be able to run 5k (non stop) in five months and be able to lose 5 kilos in the process. This is a modest achievement and is considered a healthy approach to fitness generally.
I am a former fitness instructor and dance teacher and can provide guidance in this area. You will need a clearance from your doctor if you're over 45.
The second stream is a life coaching element. The goal of the life coaching is to investigate a number of current personal issues and focus on 5 for resolution in 5 months. One to be resolved or at least worked on each month.
The third stream is an executive coaching element. The goal of this element is to come up with five goals or issues to be dealt with in the 5 months of the program. These could involve working towards a promotion, changing jobs, changing careers,
leaving the corporate environment and developing a small business. For the hard core executives and other corporate thrivers and survivors there will be a number of areas that include executive interview training and executive decision making that can be covered.
There are many others and these can be chosen based on your current goals. The aim of this stream is canvass all the possibilities and focus on only 5 and work through each one.
The cost of the program varies. To take part on a one-on-one basis with Gilbert Labour will cost $5000. To take part in a group setting will cost $2000. Individual programs can start at anytime considered suitable.

General Information
I also do a small amount of pro-bono work in the area of life coaching. I belong to the Life Coaching Pro Bono Group (LCPBG), a group of life coaches I am putting together to do this type of work for people in need but who may not be able to afford the services of a full fee life coach. We make allowances for your circumstances and also on the understanding that once you're back on your
feet, your capacity to contribute to your life coaching will also improve.
Generally speaking, we will set clear goals, we will put in place plans to attain those goals, we will execute the plan effectively. We will monitor and survey the results and ensure our goals are met. In most cases, we will envelope what we are trying to achieve into a coaching programme.
