Life and executive coaching is about working with people who are the best or consider themselves the best or have expectations they will one day be considered one of the best. I work with these people and make them exceptional, brilliant performers capable of magisterial work of the highest quality and merit. Why an engagement model?

These services, the web site and associated products have been developed and are provided by Tarmace Pty Ltd, a proprietary limited company incorporated in Australia.

Why do I use an engagement model? My web site receives approximately 10-15 hits a day which results in phone enquiries and emails and I'm finding answering all those and free introductory coaching sessions is eating into the time I can profitably use to further develop the web site in a self-help mode and also into the time I can devote to remunerated coaching. So until further notice, please use the following directions to contact me and engage my services.

How to engage my services?

Firstly I will assume you have a set of requirements or reasons for looking for a life or executive coach to help you in a particular phase in your life or a problem that is stopping you from moving on. This web site has a wealth of knowledge (300 pages+) that deals with nearly every aspect of life and executive coaching. You have surfed the net and you're now pretty comfortable with what your looking for.

I will further assume that after reviewing your position and situation against available information, you have decided that I'm the person you're after to firstly discuss your situation and secondly help you decide based on that discussion whether you want to proceed further with coaching.

Now to begin my involvement in your search, please engage my services by the hour. Pay for one hour worth of coaching and see whether I am for you or indeed if coaching can help you. If you decide it is for you then pay for any additional hours you may need. We can discuss medium term and more cost effective arrangements should you decide to proceed to that point. This page will tell you all you need to do to get the process going. Follow the directions contained in Method of Payment.

Please deposit AU$125 in my company's account and I am available to you for one hour at a mutual time and place (if you happen to be in Sydney). You may ring me and/or send me a message with your details after you have made payment and I will organise to meet you for an initial discussion.

Alternatively use the following Paypal button to purchase 1 hour of my services. Due to the system I use it is denominated in $US so you will pay the $US95 which is approx AU$125 (at current Mar, 04 exchange rates). Please let me know as soon as you make payment and I will organise to meet with you in Sydney.

Please note I will not be answering any phone calls or emails or any other general enquiries other than those that follow this model. I am sure you will agree that the work that I do keeping this web site vibrant and free for the majority of people who do not wish to pay for my services and use this web site in a self-help capacity demands that I invest my time wisely for the greatest common good.

Is there any other way to engage my services?

The simple answer is no. I will at my discretion amend the engagement model.

Generally speaking, we will set clear goals, we will put in place plans to attain those goals, we will execute the plan effectively. We will monitor and survey the results and ensure our goals are met. In most cases, we will envelope what we are trying to achieve into a coaching programme.
