Volume 1 Call To Action (CTA)
This provides a series of guides to get the most out of the CD. They work in conjunction with the CD generally and will also cover CTA
specifically for each of the track. The intention is for Volume 2 to have CTA built-in and this work in currently underway.

The Event/Memory Pair Tracing Technique
One of the main CTAs of this CD is to get back in touch with your memories, especially the painful, embarrassing and uncomfortable ones.
The event, occasion, incident, conversation that led to the traumatic memory is now but a distant memory, if that. It is probably totally forgotten,
that is, not visible or available to the conscious at will. There has also probably elapsed a great deal of physical time (measured in years and decades)
since the event was experienced and the memory was laid down. The nature of the memory and the traumatic events associated with it is probably one that
is painful and intimidating, it is, now at least, extremely well hidden from us by our subconscious.
Perhaps at the time the event (but which is now a memory) was experienced it was fresh in your mind but as the years wore on the event that
led to it receded further and further into the recesses of our mind. So the event certainly and perhaps also the memory associated with it
is probably now buried deep in the subconscious and perhaps occasionally makes its way into the conscious. We know that the event though it occurred
decades ago and the memory associated with it is still causing effects to your life today. These negative effects are stopping you from achieving and succeeding in your life
as you know you can. What is the technique for getting back in touch with the memory (the comet tail)
and then the comet itself?
One can only go from the known to the unknown. From the present to the past. In terms of the known and present, all one knows or feels now is a certain uncomfortableness
around certain people, certain situations, certain events, certain occasions and when one has to do something. So this is the known. Make a list of all these symptoms if you will
of your current situation and inability to do something or go forward.
Make sure for each feeling or resistance you feel you attach it to the physical environmental event surrounding it.
Maybe the problem is you have to confront somebody about something or someone but are paralysed with fear or nerves. Now what you do is treat that known as the end of
a long strand of hair. Now think of the last time you felt this way, there are two key components to it.
One component is the feeling or fear or emotion and the other is that actual physical
actuation surrounding that feeling. Now go back even further to the last time you felt this way. Keep the information in the pairs I have suggested. Every time you go back to the previous occasion,
that is the now and you job is go to from the now to the previous occasion.
When you can go back no further, you have now reached the decade where the event occurred and the memory was laid down.
Now write down that event or occasion and the circumstances surrounding it. Write down the feelings that it engendered at the time. Are those feelings the same in all the subsequent manifestations
of that event (and associated feeling).
Analyse that very first occasion when you felt as you do now. Try if you can to detach the memory then from the event. The event is like the well spring for the painful thought or feeling. If you can
decapitate the feeling from the event, you're on the way to understanding and resolving your current related situation or event or occasion.
Your aim here is to put yourself in a position where you react appropriately to current events, situations, people and other stressors if you will, using the resources currently available to you. The feelings
that you have in relation to them once they have been resolved in the way I suggested above now no longer have any bearing on the present. You can now direct your full attention to making plans that may involve
events that may have frightened you or scared you in the past but which you now know play no active part in your present (after resolution).
Seek advice from a life coach or friend as you do this to ensure you are going back safely and in tune with what you need. It can be upsetting to go back to previous painful events or memories if
one doesn't have a guide along. Please read the CD for a general background to this subject.
Certain negative feelings and emotions are now no longer currently appropriate in your present life, target those for tracing, understanding and elimination from your life.
Go from the known to the unknown. Go from the present to the past so as to rocket to the future.
Your key to the present is your deep seated fears, feelings, prejudices and emotions. Use these as highways to the past.
Use that key to the present to go back in time and unlock previous events and the unpleasant memories associated with them.
Use that technique to write down for each decade of your life a package of events and associated memories.
Once the package is laid down in writing, refer to it at will, to resolve your current obstacles and problems.
