Five Key Things to be aware of when seeking Life Coaching services
Do not enter into any contracts for services. Pay for services as you need them and when you need them.
All life coaching should start with a one-on-one session and preferably have regular one-on-one sessions.
This is a preferable outcome and should always be your preferred mode for delivery of the service to you.
Make sure the life coach speaks your language and is totally compatible with your goals and aims. A coach who advises
from the comfort of his office, behind a desk has no conception of real life coaching. Make sure he gets his hands dirty whilst
suggesting you do.
Make sure your life coach is not a house-keeper or task list master. By that I mean there is more to life coaching
that just setting goals, which is merely life coaching house-keeping.
Do not stop living whilst you're seeking coaching guidance, live but seek to improve using life coaching as you become more
skilled in understanding your performance model and paradigm.

Life Coaching Fees and Charges
We have one charge payable per month (AU$250 or equivalent in your currency) which provides for all the services you may require in a calendar month.
For Life Coaching services on an ad hoc basis and usually for 2 hours or less per month of the total available services, there is a hourly fee of AU$125.

The No Coach Life Coaching Programme
This CD supports and augments the life coaching service provided by Tarmace Pty Ltd. It can be used to support on-going coaching sessions and can also be used in a stand-alone
format by someone seeking coaching but unable to go forward with seeing a real life coach. Additional information about this CD is available including price and postage charges.
Executive Coaching Fees and Charges
We have one charge payable per month (AU$1000 or equivalent in your currency) which provides for all the services you may require in a calendar month.
For Executive Coaching services on an ad hoc basis and usually for 3 hours or less per month of the total available services, there is a hourly fee of AU$325. For any more than 3 hours, the monthly
fee will cover all additional hours required of the total services on offer.
